Based on your goals I can setup a specific training plan for you so you can stay "on path" to maximise your potential. If it's about losing weight, gaining muscle mass, feeling less pain in your body, improving your cardiovascular fitness I'm here to help.
Every programme starts with a goal setting and a basic screening to see what is our baseline. When we know the long term goal we'll set up an achievable and realistic plan how to get there.
The programmes are for 6-8 week cycles with a detailed weekly planning.
It's 100% tailored to your needs so they are effective and highly motivating.
