What is Nutrition Advice?
Your training can only be 100% successful with proper nutritioning. Also if you'd just like to feel more energised, less tired I can provide guidance and recommendations regarding food choices and eating habits, aimed at promoting health, well-being, and achieving specific goals. It's about understanding how food impacts the body and making informed decisions to optimize your diet.
I believe with a little adjustment you can achieve a lot. You don't have to starve and give up on everything you like to make a change.
Based on your current eating habits, food diary I can give you recommendations about what changes you can make to lose weight, feel more energised, fit in your old clothes or gain muscle.
