My goal is to live a healthy and balanced life, no extremes and no giving up on "fun". Maintaining a functional body, enjoying a workout is also helping with my mental health, to feel happy, positive and have good energy.
With age aches and pains are creeping in but the good news is with physical training and good nutrition we can improve on it.
